Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of the BORN Solutions advertising management application (the “App”). By connecting a Facebook account to the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The App lets an authorized operator connect a Facebook account through Facebook Login and then view and manage the Meta advertising assets that the account can access: ad accounts, Business portfolios, campaigns and their statistics. The App is an internal tool and is not offered to the general public.
2. Eligibility and authorization
You may connect a Facebook account only if you are the holder of that account or are authorized by its holder to do so, and only for advertising assets you are entitled to manage. You are responsible for the permissions you grant during the Facebook Login dialog.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to violate any law, the Meta Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms or the Meta Advertising Standards, and not to attempt to gain access to data or assets you are not authorized to access.
4. Meta platform
The App relies on APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Their availability, limits and behaviour are controlled by Meta and may change. The App is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta. Facebook and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
5. Data
Our handling of information received through the App is described in the Privacy Policy. You can have your data deleted as described in the Data Deletion Instructions.
6. Disconnecting
You can stop using the App at any time by revoking its access in your Facebook settings or by asking us to remove the connection. We may suspend or remove a connection at our discretion, for example if it is used in breach of these Terms.
7. No warranty
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of data returned by Meta, or any particular advertising result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BORN Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for restrictions, suspensions or other actions taken by Meta in relation to any account or advertising asset.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
